This article presents a dimensionally consistent theoretical framework centered on a fundamental scalar field, χ, with dimensions of inverse length ([1/L]). The goal is to unify general relativity, particle physics, and cosmology while addressing stringent observational constraints. Screening mechanisms are incorporated to reconcile potential χ-mediated interactions with precision tests of gravity. The scalar potential V(χ) is selected to drive late-time cosmic acceleration, acting as dynamic dark energy. Couplings with matter are discussed with consideration for stabilizing variations in fundamental constants. The framework concludes that χ-induced quantum decoherence in laboratory conditions is negligible.
