Epigenome analysis of normal oral keratinocytes cells and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cells Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of normal oral keratinocytes (NOK) cells (n=3), Cal27 cells (n=3), DNMT1 silenced (sh-DNMT1) Cal27 cells (n=4) and short hairpin RNA negative control (sh-NC) Cal27 cells (n=3). The Illumina Infinium 850k Human DNA methylation Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 CpGs in cell pellets. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 13 samples were hybridized to the Illumina Infinium 850k Human Methylation Beadchip.
