RNA-Seq in PBS- and mouse aSyn PFF-treated mouse primary cultured neurons

The balk RNA-seq in PBS- and aSyn pre-formed fibril (PFF)-treated neurons was done to investigate the expression levels of gene transcripts enriched in both BG4- and pS129-RIP-seq (GSE234238). Analysis of RNA-seq revealed that the expression levels of these common enriched RNAs in mPFF-treated neurons were little changed in comparison to vehicle-treated neurons. Overall design: Total RNA was extracted from aSyn PFF-treated mouse cultured neurons at DIV 18 using an RNeasy Mini Kit. The library preparation, sequencing, and Fastq file processing and mapping were conducted as described above. RNAseqChef (Etoh K., and Nakao M. (2023). J. Biol. Chem. 299, 104810.) was used for identifying differentially expressed genes between PBS- and aSyn PFF-treated neurons.
