Data for creating 3D and 4D images of tomato plants using the BABETTE Pro Platforms

This tomato dataset is connected to the thesis of EngD Johan Bucher. with this dataset and manual the user will be able to reproduce the 3D reconstructions and 4D tomato plant. the folder contains a zip version of the original dataset, which is color corrected. the manual will take the user in a step-by-step protocol towards the final reconstructions. 3Dzephyr have been used for reconstruction, a free 30 day trial licence can be obtained by the 3DFlow/3DZephyr company. A video of the final results is uploaded as well
