The Envelope Surface Is a Finite Construct for Describing Nature and Cannot Represent the Full Reality of Nature

In standard physics, spacetime manifolds, fundamental constants, and particle properties are treated as descriptions of nature itself. From the framework of World Quantum Theory (WQT), this paper argues that what physics calls "fundamental" is actually an envelope surface—a geometric construct formed by averaging the irregular instantaneous motion of a world quantum over a finite time window. The envelope surface is not a property of nature; it is a reading device constructed by the observer. It is locally effective but conditionally valid. Recognizing the envelope surface as a construct rather than a description resolves the apparent rift between quantum mechanics and relativity, and aligns physics with the operational observation that form, sensation, perception, mental formations, and consciousness are impermanent.
