国家代谢组数据库收集了863项目资助的课题“超灵敏高覆盖代谢组定量分析关键技术研发(课题编号:2014AA021101)”的最新研究成果以及近十年来在人体中发现的小分子代谢物的详细信息,为代谢组学、临床化学、生物标记物发现和科普教育提供信息。数据库主要包括四个方面的内容:(1)化学数据;(2)图谱数据;(3)分子生物或生物化学数据;(4)临床数据。数据库由代谢物的信息组成,每个代谢物信息由100余数据项组成,其中2/3信息是化学或图谱数据,其他信息为生物化学信息或临床信息。每个代谢物信息包括记录信息、基本信息、实物来源、物理性质、图谱、生物性质、浓度、疾病、治疗药物、链接、参考文献等实体信息。 目前数据库已收录648个代谢物的信息,其中包括11035个数据表的信息,随着后续研究的进一步开展,将有更多代谢物的信息收录到数据库中。
The National Metabolome Database collects the latest research findings from the funded project "Research and Development of Key Technologies for Ultrasensitive and High-Coverage Metabolomic Quantitative Analysis" (Project No. 2014AA021101) supported by the National High-Tech R&D Program (863 Program), as well as detailed information of small molecule metabolites identified in the human body over the past decade, providing valuable resources for metabolomics, clinical chemistry, biomarker discovery, and science popularization and education. The database primarily covers four categories of content: (1) Chemical data; (2) Spectral data; (3) Molecular biological or biochemical data; (4) Clinical data. Each entry in the database corresponds to one metabolite, with each entry containing more than 100 data items. Two-thirds of these items are chemical or spectral data, while the remaining items consist of biochemical or clinical information. Each metabolite entry includes entity information such as record details, basic information, source materials, physical properties, spectra, biological characteristics, concentration levels, associated diseases, therapeutic drugs, external links, and references. Currently, the database has collected information for 648 metabolites, including data from 11,035 data tables. With the continuous advancement of subsequent research, more metabolite information will be added to the database.
