This dataset contains 2 tables, each of which occupies an Excel sheet.(1) used sequences: the SARS-CoV-2 sample information used in the paper.Column strain: the strain name of the sample.Column id: the GISAID accession number of the sample.Column date: the sampling date of the sample.Column day: the day value used in the study.Column region: the country or region where the sample collected.(2) unique sequence: Each row in the table represents a haplotype (unique sequence), that is, the genomes of the sequences in each row are the same.
