资源简介:
Methanogens are a class of strictly anaerobic prokaryotic microorganisms, which are the last group of organic matter methanogens in the food chain. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a group of persistent organic compounds. They are one of the most widespread persistent organic pollutants in sediment, atmosphere, water and soil, and are mainly attributed to anthropogenic sources, such as the incomplete combustion or pyrolysis of organic material including oil, coke, petroleum, gas, coal, and biomass. For this reason, we investigated the effect of Fluoranthene (Flu) on Methanosarcina barkeri by means of proteomics. TMT proteomics showed that Flu up-regulated the expression of methanogenation-related enzyme proteins MtrA, MtrC, MtrD, MtrE, MtrG, MtrH, FrhA, FrhB, FrhG and ABC transporter ModA, ModC, ZnuA, ZnuB, ZnuC and BtuC proteins. Overall, the activity of methane-related enzymes and substrate transport energy were increased, thus increasing methane production.
