Whole Exome Sequencing of Tumor Tissue from a Rare Krukenberg Tumor Patient

This project presents whole exome sequencing (WES) data of tumor tissue from a rare Krukenberg tumor patient. Krukenberg tumors are metastatic ovarian cancers, often originating from the gastrointestinal tract. The sequencing data aim to identify somatic mutations and genetic alterations associated with the disease, providing insights into its molecular characteristics and potential therapeutic targets.
