Review of kinetic parameters for methane production with different types of inocula and conductive materials

The present Dataset is a compilation of literature data on kinetic parameters for methane production by different types of inocula (namely complex microbial communities, enrichment cultures, syntrophic cocultures and pure cultures of methanogens) in the presence of conductive materials (such as activated carbon, magnetite, zeolites, carbon nanotubes, graphite, biochar). Some of the kinetics parameters (lag phase duration and methane production rates) were calculated from the available in each reference.
