NRS-14108 | Registers of letters received from the Agent General, Auditor General and Railways

Information given includes: registration number, papers, date of registration, from which office received, address of office, date of letter, particulars, to whom and when referred and result. The 1896 volume (9/1383) is arranged alphabetically and separate register entries for the three offices appear under "A" and "R" in the volume. Separate numberings are given to each of the three offices in this volume. From 1897 the index and register are separate and the register entries are in chronological order with no division according to the offices from which they were received. Before 1896 see the following series for letters received from the three departments: Agent General - NRS 14110; Auditor General - NRS 14105; Railways - NRS 14107.
