Constructing the Climate Self-Protection Scale: Data.csv

This is a set of data we collected in 2018 in Germany that assesses pro-environmental behavior and self-protective strategies people commonly use when facing the threat of climate change. The aims of the corresponding study (Study 1 in Wullenkord &amp; Reese, 2021) were as follows:- develop a valid and reliable scale that assesses defensive, self-protective strategies people commonly use to protect the self when dealing with (or failing to deal with) climate change- test the validity and internal consistency of the resulting scale<br>This is the raw data as collected in the study and thus contains the entire pool of items assessing self-protective strategies that we developed. The final scale consists of only 26 items.
