According to a survey conducted among Australians who had used sales or support chatbots in the six months to November 2022, around three-quarters of those surveyed said a reason they liked using chatbots was that they provided around-the-clock support. Nonetheless, about 73 percent of the respondents expressed dissatisfaction when using chatbots as they are often unable to handle complex questions.
