选择中国东部农区农田、人工林及草地和园地等生境，采用手检法等方法，依据野外采集获得的蚯蚓标本进行物种鉴定，并对主要分类特征进行记录
Researchers selected habitats including farmlands, planted forests, grasslands and orchards in the agricultural regions of eastern China, adopted methods such as hand-sorting to conduct species identification on field-collected earthworm specimens, and recorded the main taxonomic features.
