This dataset provides an independent assessment of the total funding allocated to climate mitigation efforts within the National Recovery Plans (NRPs) of EU member states, as tracked by the Green Recovery Tracker platform. It evaluates the contribution of individual measures to the green transition and the goal of climate neutrality, primarily using the EU Taxonomy and the RRF Regulation's climate tracking methodology to determine their effect on emissions reductions.
