there are two zip files. <br>Source image and PSF in experiment is save in zip file named fluorescence data. The other is about biologist experiemnt. Zoomed-in images by our boost-decon and the comparative methods （Huygens,TBV-PB,RLTV, WPL,PURELET) were sent to biologists with info about their processing methods removed for visual inspection. The excel tables are the recorded acceptance and quality score for each image by the biologists. Each excel file is from one biologist only.
