The present invention addresses the problem of preventing the leakage of a heat storage material composition from a porous base material in a heat storage body. A heat storage body according to the present invention comprises a porous base material impregnated with a latent heat storage material and a hydrogenated styrene-containing thermoplastic elastomer, wherein the requirements respectively represented by the formulae: 5 ≤ X ≤ 17, 5 ≤ Y ≤ 25, Y ≥ -2X + 25 when 5 ≤ X < 10, and Y ≤ -5X + 90 when 14 < X ≤ 17, wherein X (× 104) represents the weight average molecular weight of the elastomer and Y (part by mass) represents the amount of the elastomer relative to 100 parts by mass of the latent heat storage material. The present invention addresses the problem of preventing the leakage of a heat storage material composition from a porous base material in a heat storage body.
