The 26 gene probes used in a calculation of the gene predictive score (GPS).

c is a regression coefficient for the probe expression. cnorm is a c normalized over average expression among 26 probes to show relative contribution of the gene to the final GPS and is used to rank the genes. Regression coefficient is indicative of a hazard ratio for a gene: if c>0, then HR>1, if cP shows univariate cox regression p-value for the gene when all 108 samples are used.
