Potential relationship between gut microbiota and children primary nephrotic syndrome has been reported. Here we collected fecal sample of patients and healthy control, extracted total bacterial DNA from fecal samples and amplified the V3-V4 regions of 16s rRNA gene using Illumina Miseq platform to explore the the association between gut microbiota and relapse of nephrotic syndrome and the influence of glucocorticoid therapy.
