This work presents a consolidated visual and mathematical reference for the Universal Units of Measurement within the Unified Emergence Framework and the broader program of Unified Sciences of Quantum Octonionics and Emergent Physics. The figure integrates: Core Ratioat–Octonionic base units (length, time, mass, temperature, energy, frequency), Foundational universal constants, including the Ratioat scaling constant α=7/11\alpha = 7/11α=7/11, the octonionic spacetime dimension DoctD_{\text{oct}}Doct, and the unified action constant ℏψ\hbar_{\psi}ℏψ, Comparative length, time, mass, temperature, and energy scales spanning quantum, human, planetary, stellar, and cosmological regimes, A global conversion framework unifying SI, CGS, Planck, atomic, astronomical, and Ratioat-based systems, A compact Universal Conversion Formula governing dimensional transformations. All quantities are dimensionally consistent and derived using the universal conversion rule specified in Section D, which defines the base conversion factors for length, mass, time, and temperature. The Ratioat base units shown in Section A are internally scaled units within the Unified Emergence Framework and are not presented as direct replacements for SI base units. Rather, they function as coherent internal units whose relationship to SI is formally governed by the conversion factors in Section D. The visualization is intended as a global reference and synthesis tool, demonstrating how diverse measurement systems and physical scales can be coherently embedded within a single emergent, octonionically structured framework. It is suitable for exploratory analysis, interdisciplinary discussion, and further formal development, and does not claim to supersede established metrological standards.
