2D image stacks of the volume presented in Fig. 5A are attached in three separate Supplementary Material files. “original.mha”, “deconv.mha” and “segmented.mha” stand for original, deconvoluted and segmented data sets. “.mha” extensions can be opened with free software, such as ITK or ImageJ
