Using a Python based requests library to crawl mobile review data from the Amazon website, a total of 109970 comments were crawled from January 1, 2012 to November 1, 2021. Next, the data was preprocessed to remove duplicate content, non English content, and comments with less than 4 words from the comment data. As a result, 3922 valid comments and 8386 images were obtained
