THE ORGANIZATION OF TURKIC STATES' 2040 VISION: REGIONAL GOVERNANCE, COMMON DEVELOPMENT AND STABILITY

The weakening of the international system in recent times and its increasing transformation into a multipolar and competitive structure have led states to seek alternative forms of regional cooperation in transboundary issues such as energy, transportation, trade, and security. As a result, political, economic and social activities are undergoing transformations both in scope and in structure. The importance of regional organizations has grown. Due to technological change, global competition, and economic integration, interdependence among countries is deepening, making policy transfer whether voluntary or coercive one of the main outcomes of this process.
