These data are amplicon sequences of the CO1 region of terrestrial invertebrate predator individuals from Palmyra Atoll, Northern Line Islands, Central Tropical Pacific. These sequences were amplified using general metazoan primers and contain both consumer and prey DNA sequences. These data are being used to understand predator-prey interactions and food web dynamics on Palmyra Atoll.
