SPGC-COVID Dataset

The SPGC-COVID dataset contains volumetric chest CT scans of 51 COVID-19, 28 Community Acquired Pneumonia (CAP), and 51 normal cases acquired with various imaging settings from two different medical centres. The SPGC-COVID dataset consists of 4 subsets including images with different slice thickness, radiation dose, and noise level. In addition to different technical parameters, the dataset contains CT scans of patients who have heart diseases or have undergone heart surgery, besides having COVID-19 or CAP infections. All CT scans are provided in the standard DICOM format, and the corresponding patient-level labels are provided in 4 separate CSV files.This dataset was used as the test set in the 2021 Signal Processing Grand Challenge (SPGC) on COVID-19 diagnosis, which the authors organized as part of the 2021 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP'21).
