To investigate abnormality of H3K9 acetylation in cloned mice, we performed ChIP on chip using whole-genome tiling array (affymetrix) in livers of a cloned mouse and of its donor counterpert. Based on the row ChIP on chip data, we genereted four statistical analysis data using willcoxson rank sum test. 1. ChIP (clone) vs. WCE (whole cell extract, as control sample) 2.
