The root tips of Arabidopsis provides a simple and experimentally useful model for studying the molecular basis of plant root in response to hydrotropism assay. The goal of this study was to define the effects of microtubules on Arabidopsis root hydrotropism by using wild type Columbia-0 (Col-0) and microtubule mutant ktn1 (AT1G80350) .
