Anonymized survey dataset: workforce/HR software adoption in Erbil (Iraq)

This dataset contains anonymized survey responses collected from companies in Erbil city (Iraq) to study software adoption related to workforce management and HR information systems. The underlying study used an analytical and descriptive approach and collected responses via a questionnaire targeting organizations in both the private and public sectors in Erbil.
