HTS data for a highly complex synthetic viral community composed of 68 plant viruses and satellites (115 viral molecules) comprising isolates from 21 viral families and 63 genera. This dataset is composed of 3 fasta files: dsRNA sequencing at 10 million reads depth, VANA sequencing at 10 million reads depth and all reference genomes for the synthetic community.
