Transcriptomic profiling of the tumor microenvironment in hepatocellular carcinoma biopsies from responders and non-responders to combination immunotherapy

This project contains transcriptomic data generated from human hepatocellular carcinoma tumor biopsy specimens obtained prior to combination immunotherapy.A total of 33 tumor samples were analyzed and classified as responders or non-responders based on clinical treatment outcomes. Bulk RNA sequencing were performed to characterize the tumor microenvironment and associated immune features.These data were generated to investigate molecular and cellular characteristics associated with differential responses to immunotherapy in hepatocellular carcinoma.
