Whole Genome Analysis of a Bacterial Isolate from the Gut Microbiota of C57BL6J Mice

The gut microbiota significantly influences host immunity and metabolism. This studyfocuses on the whole genome analysis of a bacterial isolate from the gut microbiota ofC57BL6J mice. High throughput sequencing was performed to uncover its geneticarchitecture, metabolic capabilities, and potential roles in host-microbiota interactions.Functional annotation identified genes associated with nutrient metabolism andantimicrobial resistance. Insights from this study enhance our understanding of thefunctional contributions of gut microbiota to host health and provide a basis for exploring itstherapeutic potential.
