DRGM: pangenomes (part 1 of 2)

This record contains the species pangenomes of DRGM, part 1 of 2. The metadata tables, genome sequences, protein catalogs, antibiotic resistance gene predictions, and Kraken2/Bracken databases of this catalog are deposited as separate records. Pangenomes Pangenome data for the 931 species, generated with Panaroo Species with more than one genome carry the full Panaroo output; single-genome species carry the pangenome derived from their representative genome The set is published as two archives, 38 GB each, split at whole species boundaries. They are two independent archives, not two halves of one file - extract each of them, do not concatenate them.
