To investigate the role of ARHGEF2 in HCC cells and to search for downstream targets, we established the ARHGEF2 knockdown cell line, in which ARHGEF2 was silenced by lentivirus technology. Then, we used two groups of cells (n=3) for gene expression profile analysis. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for HepG2 cells (shNC, shARHGEF2).
