The SLM printer utilized is the RC100-N1 model from the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Center, with a build volume of 60 mm × 60mm × 175 mm. It employs an IPG single-mode continuous fiber laser (500 W) with a wavelength of 1070 ± 10 nm and adjustable power ranging from 20-500 W. The laser spot diameter is approximately 60 μm. The dataset includes images from optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and laser confocal microscopy for both single-track and multi-track processes. The single-track forming method involves laying a layer of metal powder approximately 30μm thick on the substrate using a scraper, with a scanning interval of 0.5mm, and setting the scanning power and speed according to experimental needs; the machine is programmed to print only the first layer. The multi-track single-layer forming method also starts with a layer of metal powder about 30μm thick on the substrate, with scanning power, speed, and interval set based on experimental requirements, and the machine is again programmed to print just the first layer. Tests were conducted using an optical microscope (OM, Leica DMI5000), scanning electron microscope (SEM, Zeiss Sigma300), transmission electron microscope (TEM, JEM F200), X-ray diffractometer (XRD, Bruker D8 ADVANCE), and an HXD-1000TMC/LCD microhardness tester for microhardness testing, with a test load of 50 gf and a dwell time of 10 s. A WDW-1000 universal testing machine was used to perform tensile tests on polished tensile specimens at a stretching speed of 0.02 mm/min.
