Water samples were taken from Kachemak bay in 2023 and 2024 at University of Alaska's Anchorage ASET lab. Fluorescence samples were subsampled from filtered samples, pH adjusted to 8 to maximize fluorescence (concentrated NaOH), and refrigerated at 4 degrees Celsius until analysis. Export files are .dat format. The ABS folder contains absorbance readings (from the Aqualog), BEM contains blank emission/excitation matrices (EEMs), and SEM contains sample EEMs.
