ELISA data for manuscript "Bridging Gaps in Antibody Responses and Animal Welfare: Assessing Blood Collection Methods and Vaginal Immunity in Mice Immunized with Intranasal Gonococcal Vaccines"

To quantitatively profile antibody subtypes elicited by immunization with rACP, rACP+CpG, or rMtrE+CpG vaccines, we performed indirect ELISA against purified rACP or rMtrE as coating antigens using RO and SV sera and vaginal lavages collected from individual mice on days 31, 52, and 63 post-initial immunization. The comprehensive analyses included longitudinal kinetic assessments (using AUC log₁₀) of total IgG, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG3, and IgA in RO and SV sera, as well as IgG and IgA in vaginal washes across the three vaccine formulations. Additionally, geometric means of antibody levels between RO and SV samples at the three different time points were determined, along with comparative assessments of serum and vaginal antibody levels elicited by rACP, rACP+CpG, and rMtrE+CpG immunization within each time point
