Data for: "Dynamics of thermal tolerance plasticity across fish species and life stages"

This project contains data and metadata for the publication "Dynamics of thermal tolerance plasticity across fish species and life stages" accepted and to be published in <i>Journal of Thermal Biology</i> (TB-D-24-00433). DOI to be included. <br><br>We assessed the thermal tolerance plasticity in four species of fish (goldsinny wrasse, three-spined stickleback, European flounder and zebrafish) and two life stages of zebrafish (juveniles and adults). We acclimated fish to a warm treatment (+5°C or +6°C) and measured CTmax or CTmin after different acclimation durations (3h, 6h, 24h, 4 days, 10 days and also 21 days for zebrafish). <br><br>The Main_data file contains all data used in the publication. The metadata file gives additional information on the columns of "Main_data". Different subset files were done (.txt) to facilitate with making figures. The code used for analyses and making figures is included as an R file.
