Transcriptome Analysis During differentiation of Subcutaneous Preadipocytes in the landrace pigs

In the present study, preadipocytes were isolated from three Landrace piglets subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT), and then induced to differentiate into adipocytes in vitro. RNA-Seq was used to screen DEGs between subcutaneous preadipocytes differentiation on days 0, 2, 4, and 8. This study mainly focused on identification of differentially expressed genes and biological-function categories during different stages of preadipocyte differentiation.
