FloridaCommerce BEAD Pre-Award Cost Policy

This Florida BEAD Pre-Award Policy establishes a clearly defined start date for the reimbursement of eligible project expenses, consistent with the BEAD program and relevant federal, state, and local requirements. It ensures compliance with NTIA RPN and efficient utilization of BEAD funds. This policy is effective as of January 7, 2026 (Effective Reimbursement Date) and applies to all subgrantees included in FloridaCommerce's Final Proposal, as approved by NTIA.
