Mouse skeletal staining - P0 pups from mothers gavaged with saline vs. 200 mg/kg APAP from E7.25-10.75 or E10.25-13.75

To test for potential skeletal defects resulting from administration of APAP to pregnant mice, pregnant mice between E7.25-10.75 or E10.25-13.75 were administered 200 mg/kg APAP via oral gavage three times daily. Control mice were administered saline. Resulting P0 pups were processed for dual cartilage/bone staining using alcian blue and alizarin red.
