资源简介:
Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NAFLD) is the most prevalent chronic liver disease and is characterized by two different stages: benign fatty liver and steatohepatitis (NASH) with liver injury. In recent years, a regulatory role of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in NAFLD has been emerging. We, therefore, aimed to characterize the still poorly understood lncRNA contribution to disease progression. Transcriptome analysis in 60 human liver samples with various degrees of NAFLD/NASH. Moreover, RNA profiling of HepG2 cells that were exposed to free fatty acids (FFA) (unexposed, 30min, 3h and 5h) or FFA+TNFa stimulation (30min, 3h and 5h) versus bovine serum albumin (BSA) control conditions (unexposed, 30min, 3h and 5h), with three biological replicates performed for each condition.
