STM and LEED data corresponding to Fig. 5 of manuscript entiteled "Host-atom-driven transformation of a honeycomb oxide into a dodecagonal quasicrystal"

The STM data has been acquired at 77K. Line correction, plane subtraction and a non-linear distortion correction has been applied to the measured raw data. The Images have been scaled to the known dimensinos of the honeycomb structure. The gwy files contain the measured raw image and the final processed image included in the manuscript. It has been generated using Gwyddion in the version 2.64. The LEED images wer cropped to square dimensions and a Gaussian background has been subtracted.
