New influenza vaccine approach using polymer microparticles to improve vaccine effectiveness and stability. The microparticles carry a broadly protective influenza antigen (COBRA) and an immune stimulating adjuvant (cGAMP), and can be produced using a scalable manufacturing method. The immunogenicity of the vaccine was evaluated in mice.
