The FreedomIntelligence Medical CoT Collection is an unofficial, centralized collection of Chain-of-Thought (CoT) datasets, optimized for medical reasoning and model fine-tuning. The dataset predominantly focuses on medical reasoning with select general CoT samples. Where multiple solutions existed, the shortest CoT was retained for efficiency. It is designed to enhance domain-specific logic in smaller language models. The dataset includes multiple sources of data, available in both English and Chinese versions. Note that despite verification, the outputs may contain hallucinations, so it should be used for research purposes only, not for clinical advice.
