The goal of the project in to analyse the soil microbial communities living in forest soil. These communities strongly participate in nutrient cycling and in tree nutrition. The project joined culturable and non culturable approaches developed on the same experimental site. Metagenomic DNA sampled in the experimental site of Breuil-Chenue (France).
