华表计划汉族人群外显子频率数据集

复旦大学联合艾吉泰康进行中国汉族健康人群外显子测序。通过对郑州，南宁、泰州、上海四大代表性人群约5000人的采样、测序、分析，产生中国汉族人群的等位基因频率数据库。该计划希望为中国医学遗传学研究奠定一个良好的人群对照库。本次发布的是项目第一版频率数据。

Fudan University, in collaboration with AgileTek, performed exome sequencing on a cohort of healthy Chinese Han individuals. By sampling, sequencing and analyzing approximately 5,000 individuals from four representative cohorts in Zhengzhou, Nanning, Taizhou and Shanghai, an allele frequency database for the Chinese Han population was established. This project aims to build a high-quality population reference control database for medical genetics research in China. The first version of the frequency dataset from this project is hereby released.
