资源简介:
Pakistan is highly prone to natural hazards such as earthquakes, landslides, floods, and wildfires. With the accelerated development of the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), asset exposure and potential economic losses have increased significantly, creating an urgent need for a comprehensive multi-type socioeconomic asset database to support refined disaster loss assessment. This study digitizes and structurally organizes information extracted from government documents, statistical yearbooks, and online platforms. Units and measurement standards were harmonized, asset classification attributes were supplemented, and outlier screening and logical consistency checks were conducted to establish a structured database covering four core categories of socioeconomic assets: real estate, transportation and water infrastructure, crops, and livestock. The dataset spans 1960–2026 and covers the entire territory of Pakistan. Real estate data consist of 2024 property price information from 56 cities, including agricultural, industrial, commercial, and residential land types. Construction cost data for transportation and water infrastructure (2024–2026) include road names, classification grades, investment costs, and mileage. Crop economic data (1960–2025) provide market prices for major crops such as wheat, maize, cotton, and rice. Livestock data include import and export prices (1961–2024), weight and production performance data (2000), live retail prices (2026), and meat market retail prices (2000–2017). This dataset provides essential baseline data to support disaster economic loss assessment, infrastructure exposure analysis, climate change impact studies, and regional development planning in Pakistan.
