Temporal changes in riparian forest vegetation: unexpected responses to streamflow alteration under climate change effects

This repository contains the script and associated data used for the analysis presented in the related article. The study investigates the responses of riparian forest plant communities to the hydrological impacts of river regulation by a dam. Historical and recent plot data were analyzed to assess how species composition and the abundance of moisture-demanding, ruderal, and alien species respond to dam-induced flow alterations in the context of climate change. The provided script performs data processing, statistical analysis, and visualization of the results.
