Pelagic Sargassum-derived biofilm induction viruses (non dereplicated and dereplicated)

Two gzipped fasta files of viruses identified using GeNomad that were defined as medium or high quality by CheckV, larger than 10 kb, or identifed as prophages with bacterial flanking regions greater than 2000 bp from pelagic Sargassum-derived biofilms that were induced with Mitomycin C or left untreated. One file contains the non dereplicated viruses (n =1303) and the second file is the dereplicated viruses (n =334).
