This dataset contains the data underlying the figures of the manuscript 'Resilience of the gelatinous zooplankton species Oikopleura dioica to ocean alkalinity enhancement' (PONE-D-25-40260), currently under peer review. Data originate from a 53-day mesocosm experiment in Raunefjord, Norway (May-July 2022), testing Ca-based and Si-based ocean alkalinity enhancement across a ΔTA gradient (0-600 µmol kg⁻¹). The dataset is embargoed until manuscript acceptance.
